I have just joined and I cannot access the site
If you have just joined (or re-subscribed) through CCbill, please ensure you have read your email from ccbill and visited the URL specified in the email (if you can't see the email, don't forget to check your bulk/junk folder!).

I have just joined but the clips don't seem to play for me?
Please log out of the site, then log in again from the normal login page. This should resolve the problem.
It says my account is 'inactive' when I try to login
The most likely reason is that your membership has expired (click here to renew). Or we may have changed your password for security reasons, please ask for your new login details to be sent to you here. Email us if you still experience problems.
I cannot view the video clips
The most common problem is that you do not have the latest flash plugin installed on your browser. You can get it free here - http://www.macromedia.com/software/flash/about/
I cannot download the clips
The clips are meant to be viewed on the player on our website. They are not intended for downloading, that will not work.
