I have just joined and I cannot access the site
If you have just joined (or re-subscribed) through CCbill, please ensure you have read your email from ccbill and visited the URL specified in the email (don't forget to check your bulk/junk folder!).

I have just joined but the clips don't seem to play for me?
Please log out of the site, then log in again from the normal login page. This should resolve the problem. Also make sure you have the latest flash plugin installed on your browser. You can get it free click here
I can only see a black box where the video should be playing
It may be you need to update your flash player - please download the latest adobe flash player for your browser from adobe - click here
It says my account is 'inactive' when I try to login
The most likely reason is that your membership has expired (click here to rejoin). Or we may have changed your password for security reasons, please ask for your new login details to be sent to you here. Email us if you still experience problems.
