Cuckolding – Is it a fetish?
Being a cuckold or not is not entirely in the hands of the husband. If the objective of sexual gratification is not achieved, you would find that in more cases than one, the wife would like to get the sexual pleasure from another person. That brings us to an important question – Is cuckolding a fetish of men? Or, is it a stage of fear; a kind of a subconscious fear?
For starters, the word cuckolding itself evokes a lot of mixed emotions. Actually, I personally took it to be some kind of an European sport, only to find later that this word is used in context of cuckolds, who are men who suffer the ignominy of watching his partner having sex with other men! Well, only in some cases though, because cuckold fetishist consents to his partner having sex with the other person. And in fact, in some occasions, he is also witness to the act.
People who are in any stage of cuckolding never ever think that the world has gone topsy turvy for them! Actually they have all rights to feel so because their partners for some reason or the other, may just not like their sexual presence. In such a scenario, you will find a lot of people correlating cuckolding to a hetero-sexual context. Though, a person being a hetero-sexual is almost on the same lines, being hetero-sexual doesn’t necessarily mean you would force your partner into cuckolding.
It is now clear that in cuckolding the man is aware of his partner having extra-marital sex with another person. The question is – Does he consent to it? If he does, he is in cuckolding. And possibly, he could also be called as a cuckold fetishist if he watches his partner having sex with another person. These things are extremely circumstantial and it would be unfair to label a term based on a single or a couple of instances.
Back to the question – Is cuckolding a fetish? Well, the dating world seems to be divided on this opinion. And to throw into the pool of thoughts of cuckolding, here is another one – A lot of cuckolds allow their partner to have sex with another person just so to ensure that everything is in the open. Well, valid thought – Rather than having your partner cheat on you, why not just encourage your partner to do it?.
